Simply add your favourite items to cart and click on the shopping cart icon once you are done. Review the items you have picked. Fill in your particulars (name, contact number, delivery address, credit card information). Click submit and all you need to do is to wait for Alleyjar to delivery your order to your doorstep!

We regret to inform you that no exchange / refund / cancellation change is allowed for confirmed orders unless the items were delivered damaged. Cancellation/refund is only allowed due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us should you require any assistance for your order.

Our products are carefully checked before leaving the warehouse. We advise you to examine the goods at point of delivery. Any defects or discrepancies should be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately.

DELIVERY

Enjoy free local delivery (in Singapore) on all orders above $80.

For orders below $80, delivery fee is applicable at $5.

An extra fee of $5 is applicable for delivery to Sentosa and CBD area. Our staff will contact you to confirm the destination and delivery rate.

Please email us at hello@alleyjar.com to schedule a re-delivery. Do note that, there will be a re-delivery fee.

Should you require express delivery (i.e., same day), a fee of $10 is applicable for a special delivery arrangement. Express delivery is subjected to availability. Please contact us to inquire.

Orders placed before 5pm will be delivered the next day, otherwise, it will be delivered the next following day.

Delivery hours are from 10am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday only
(Sunday and Public Holidays excluded).

During inclement weather, traffic congestion, extremely high call volume or other unforeseen situation, delivery may take longer than expected or may temporarily be unavailable. If any of such circumstance arises, our staff will contact you personally in order to update you with the relevant details.

Yes you can. Self-collection is available at our retail showroom. Please select the option if you wish to opt for self-collection upon order confirmation. You will receive an email from us when your item is ready for collection.

Do collect your order within 14 working days upon confirmation email.

International delivery is unavailable at the moment, we only deliver to local Singapore addresses.

PAYMENT

Online Credit / Debit card payment. VISA and Mastercard are welcomed.

At the checkout page, simply key in the coupon code in the field “Coupon Code”, click “Apply Coupon” and the discount will be reflected automatically.

Coupon and discount codes can only be used for online purchases.
