Legalities
  • All deliveries must be received by a person aged 18 years old and above.
  • We reserve the rights to request for a valid photo ID to verify recipient’s age.
  • We reserve the rights to reject your purchase if you appear intoxicated or are verbally/physically to any of our team members.
  • We reserve the rights to cancel your order if we are unable to fulfill them for any reasons (eg, Out of stock, error in pricing), and we apologize in advance that if your item is unavailable.
Pricing & Promotions
  • Prices are inclusive of 7% GST.
  • Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Prices had included the alcohol duties on whichever relevant products in this online store.
  • Payment methods offered are via online card payments (VISA/MASTERS ) or cash on delivery.
  • Only one promotional code can be applied per one order. Promotional items are strictly not valid with any other promotions/discounts/offers, unless stated otherwise.
  • Please refer to additional T & Cs on each individual promotion (if any).
  • We reserve the right to amend validity of date or reject promotions/discount/offers in order to protect the interests of the company or under circumstances of abuse.
Delivery Information
  • 10am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday (Public Holidays excluded).
  • Free next day delivery service to one destination for orders above $80, otherwise, an additional $5 delivery fee applies.
  • Orders placed before 5pm will be delivered the next shipping day. Orders made after the said time will be delivered the following day.
  • An additional fee of $5 is applicable for delivery to Sentosa and CBD area.
  • Should you require express delivery (i.e., same day), a fee of $10 is applicable for a special delivery arrangement. Express delivery is subjected to availability.
  • We do not deliver to Jurong Island and other restricted areas.
  • All our customers are advised to examine all goods purchased at point of delivery. Any breakages or discrepancies in quantities or items delivered should be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately.
  • International delivery is unavailable at the moment, we only deliver to local Singapore addresses.

* During inclement weather, traffic congestion, extremely high call volume or other unforeseen situation, delivery may take longer than expected or may temporarily be unavailable. If any of such circumstance arises, our staff will contact you personally in order to update you with the relevant details.

Orders
  • No exchange / refund / cancellation changes is allowed for confirmed orders unless the items were delivered damaged. Cancellation/refund is only allowed whereas due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us should you require any assistance for your order.

All Alleyjar’s E-Commerce customers are eligible for Alleyjar Membership Program. However, the Program will only be available if:-

  • Customers registered as our member before making any purchases.
  • Customers have agreed to receive exclusive offers and news from Alleyjar via email, SMS and mail upon registering as our member.
  • Customers have agreed to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy upon registering as a member with us.

*You will not be eligible for Alleyjar Membership Program if you cease to subscribe to any of our services/ and or terminate all existing Alleyjar accounts registered under your name, including without limitation, as a result of a transfer of service subscription:

  • If you fail to make payment for outstanding bills invoiced by our related corporations;
  • If you breach any of these Terms or any of our Participating Merchant’s terms and conditions; and
  • Any other circumstances as determined by us in its sole discretion.
